Automatic Locking Impact Slats

     The Automatic - Locking Shutter/Security System is exclusive to the RE*1000, RE*1500, and the RE*3000 Series. 

  The most advanced shutter design available, incorporating an intermediate locking slat hinging together double-walled, reinforced extruded aluminum slats, two locking points are created in the guide rails at the top and bottom edge of each slat.  When fully closed, these shutters provide maximum security against intrusion or hurricane forces.

Available in many sizes with excellent rigidity and strength these meticulously manufactured shutter slats are highly adaptable and well suited for many applications and projects.  Providing excellent insulation from inclement weather, the damaging effects of UV rays, air-borne dust and dirt, heat and sound, they are often used as exterior window shades, patio enclosures and counter shutters.  Available with manual or electric operators.
